How can I pay?
UK orders can be paid by bank transfer or with cryptocurrency. US orders are paid with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT and more) on a secure NOWPayments page. For a bank transfer, use your order number as the payment reference.
How long does delivery take?
InPost locker: usually 4-5 business days; Evri locker: usually 4-5 business days; DPD home delivery: usually 3-5 business days. United States: usually 5-8 business days. Every option is free and tracked; see Shipping.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. You can also open Track your parcel and enter your order number and email.
What is a lab report, and where do I find it?
Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory for identity (LC-MS) and purity (HPLC), and for endotoxins, sterility and heavy metals where listed. The report for the current batch is on each product page, and every published report is on the Lab reports page.
What purity can I expect?
Each product page shows the HPLC purity measured for the current batch, with the full report to download, so you can check the figure for the exact batch you receive.
How should I store peptides when they arrive?
Keep lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides in their sealed vials in a freezer at about -20 °C, away from light and moisture. A few days at room temperature in transit is normal for lyophilized material. The storage notes on each product page give the details.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we send you a prepaid return label. Damaged, lost or wrong items are always replaced or refunded. See the Returns policy.
How do reward points work?
Every paid order earns 10 points per $1 or £1, and every 100 points take 1% off a later order. See Rewards.
Can you advise me on using these products?
No. Our products are for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary use, so we can't give advice about personal use or medical questions. See our Research use policy.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States and the United Kingdom. The shop shows only the products cleared for the destination you choose; see Shipping destinations.
