Research use policy

Laboratory research only

Everything we sell is a research material for laboratory work, such as in vitro studies and analytical reference. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics.

What we can't help with

We can't give advice about personal use, or answer medical questions. Our team is happy to help with orders, payments, delivery and lab reports.

What you confirm at checkout

• You are 21 or older.
• You are buying for laboratory research use only.
• Buying and importing the products is lawful where they will be delivered.

Lab reports

Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory, and the reports are published on the product pages and on the Lab reports page so you can check identity and purity before you order.

If we have concerns

We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we believe products will not be used for laboratory research. Any payment for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
