Every order ships free with tracking. Parcels leave from our dispatch partner Venipak in Lithuania (EU), and you get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.

United Kingdom

Choose at checkout:

• InPost locker: usually 4-5 business days, free.
• Evri locker: usually 4-5 business days, free.
• DPD home delivery: usually 3-5 business days, free.

Parcel lockers

With an InPost or Evri locker you collect the parcel when it suits you. Search by postcode at checkout and pick a locker near you; we send the collection code to the mobile number on your order.

Free tracked delivery: usually 5-8 business days, free.

Tracking your parcel

Follow every step on your tracking page, including a map of the parcel's journey. You can also find it any time from Track your parcel with your order number and email.

Held at customs or running late

If your parcel is held at customs or hasn't moved for a few days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the courier.
