About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed at peptora.bio with Peptora Labs ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them, together with our Research use policy, Privacy policy and Returns policy.

Peptora Labs is a trading name of Desmond John Balmer, 172 Dumbarton Road, Old Kilpatrick, Glasgow G60 5DU, United Kingdom.

Who can buy

You can order from us only if all of these are true:

• You are 21 or older.
• You are buying for laboratory research use only. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics.
• Buying and importing the products is lawful where they will be delivered.

If we can't accept an order

We may ask questions about an order, and we may refuse or cancel it if we believe these conditions aren't met, if a product can't be supplied, or if a price or description was clearly wrong. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Products and lab reports

Each product page describes the material and its specifications. Lab reports belong to the batch and size they name; the Lab reports page lists every published report. Product photos show the product type and may differ in small details such as label layout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States and the United Kingdom. The shop only shows products cleared for the destination you choose; see Shipping destinations.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars for US delivery and in pounds sterling for UK delivery, and they include free tracked delivery. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Multi-vial and promo-code discounts are applied at checkout.

Payment

UK orders can be paid by bank transfer or with cryptocurrency. US orders are paid with cryptocurrency. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments on their secure payment page. For a bank transfer, use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it.

An order that isn't paid within 7 days closes automatically, and any reward points you used come back to your account. We ship once your payment has arrived.

When the contract starts

Our order email confirms that we received your order. The contract between us starts when we confirm your payment.

Delivery

Every order ships free with tracked delivery. Delivery options and usual times are on the Shipping page, and you get a tracking link when your parcel ships. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you; see the Returns policy.

Returns and refunds

Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we pay the return postage. The full rules are in the Returns policy.

Reward points

Paid orders earn reward points that can be used for a discount on later orders. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. See Rewards.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered as described. For any order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
