GHRH analogs & GH secretagogues

Research peptides that act on growth hormone release through its two main signals. GHRH analogues such as sermorelin, CJC-1295 and tesamorelin act on the GHRH receptor, while growth hormone secretagogues such as ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6 and hexarelin act on the ghrelin receptor. They differ in half-life, selectivity and effects on other pituitary hormones, which makes the choice of peptide part of any study design. Read CJC-1295 and ipamorelin for how the two signals work together.
