Research overview
Sermorelin is GRF (1-29) amide, the first 29 amino acids of human growth hormone-releasing hormone, the shortest sequence that keeps the full activity of the 44-amino-acid hormone. It was once marketed in the United States as a diagnostic and growth hormone deficiency product before being withdrawn for commercial reasons.
Like natural GHRH it is cleaved quickly by DPP-4, so it is short-acting. It is the unmodified reference point for GHRH-receptor research and for comparing stabilised analogues such as CJC-1295 without DAC and tesamorelin. Supplied lyophilized; prepare solutions shortly before use.

Questions
How is sermorelin related to GHRH?
It is the first 29 amino acids of human GHRH, which carry the hormone's full receptor activity.
Why compare sermorelin with CJC-1295?
Sermorelin is unmodified, so it shows how far the stabilising substitutions in modified GRF (1-29) change stability and duration.
What's in the vial?
Sermorelin at the strength you choose. No diluent or accessories are included.
Can I check the lab report for my vial?
Yes. The batch number on your vial matches a report on this page or in our lab report library, with a link to verify it on the lab's website where available.
Is this product for human use?
No. It's sold for laboratory research use only and isn't for human or veterinary use.
