Description
NEXUS³ is a pre-mixed vial of three compounds, 120 mg in total: NAD+ (100 mg), the mitochondrial-derived peptide MOTS-c (10 mg) and the small-molecule NNMT inhibitor 5-Amino-1MQ (10 mg).
The three act at linked points of cell metabolism. NAD+ is the redox coenzyme that sirtuins and PARPs consume, 5-Amino-1MQ blocks the enzyme that methylates nicotinamide, one of the routes NAD+ precursors are lost by, and MOTS-c acts on the folate cycle and AMPK in muscle. The blend suits designs that study these pathways together. Each compound is also sold on its own as NAD+, MOTS-c and 5-Amino-1MQ.
A three-compound research blend of NAD+ (100 mg), the mitochondrial-derived peptide MOTS-c (10 mg) and the small-molecule NNMT inhibitor 5-Amino-1MQ (10 mg), 120 mg in total, for laboratory research on redox-cofactor, mitochondrial and methyltransferase pathways.
Contains: NAD+ 100 mg, MOTS-c 10 mg, 5-Amino-1MQ 10 mg.

Questions
What is in NEXUS³?
NAD+ 100 mg, MOTS-c 10 mg and 5-Amino-1MQ 10 mg in one 120 mg vial.
How should NEXUS³ be stored?
Sealed, dark and frozen. NAD+ takes up moisture and breaks down quickly in warm or alkaline solution, and MOTS-c contains methionine, which oxidises, so prepare solutions shortly before use.
What's in the vial?
NEXUS³ blend at the strength you choose. No diluent or accessories are included.
Can I check the lab report for my vial?
Yes. The batch number on your vial matches a report on this page or in our lab report library, with a link to verify it on the lab's website where available.
Is this product for human use?
No. It's sold for laboratory research use only and isn't for human or veterinary use.
