Research overview

This vial contains equal amounts of CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29) and ipamorelin. The pairing targets the two main signals for growth hormone release: the GHRH receptor, through the short-acting GHRH analogue, and the ghrelin receptor, through the selective secretagogue.

Studies of this combination look at how the two pathways interact on the same pituitary cells. Ipamorelin is often chosen because it raised growth hormone without the ACTH and cortisol effects of older secretagogues.
