All reportsResearch overview
Eloralintide is an investigational peptide from Eli Lilly designed as a selective agonist of amylin receptors. Unlike cagrilintide, which also acts at the calcitonin receptor, it was built to favour the amylin receptor subtypes formed by the calcitonin receptor and RAMP proteins.
That selectivity makes it a useful comparator in receptor-pharmacology research on how amylin signalling and calcitonin signalling contribute to satiety and tolerability. A phase 2 trial was published in The Lancet in 2025, and our amylin research article summarises it. Supplied lyophilized as a reference material; store it frozen and dry.

What's in the vial?
Eloralintide at the strength you choose. No diluent or accessories are included.
Can I check the lab report for my vial?
Yes. The batch number on your vial matches a report on this page or in our lab report library, with a link to verify it on the lab's website where available.
Is this product for human use?
