All reportsResearch overview
Gonadorelin is a synthetic decapeptide identical to natural gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH): pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH2. GnRH is released from the hypothalamus in pulses and acts on the GnRH receptor of the pituitary to release LH and FSH.
The pattern matters: pulsatile GnRH stimulates LH and FSH release, while continuous exposure desensitises the receptor and suppresses it, a principle central to reproductive endocrinology. Gonadorelin has a short half-life, so study designs need frequent time points. Compare it with kisspeptin-10, which acts one step earlier on GnRH neurons.

Questions
Is gonadorelin the same as GnRH?
Yes. It is a synthetic peptide with the same sequence as natural gonadotropin-releasing hormone.
Why does the pattern of GnRH exposure matter?
Pulses stimulate LH and FSH release, while continuous exposure desensitises the receptor and suppresses it.
What's in the vial?
Gonadorelin at the strength you choose. No diluent or accessories are included.
Can I check the lab report for my vial?
Yes. The batch number on your vial matches a report on this page or in our lab report library, with a link to verify it on the lab's website where available.
Is this product for human use?
No. It's sold for laboratory research use only and isn't for human or veterinary use.
