Research overview
Each capsule combines 500 mcg each of three peptides studied in gut research: KPV, larazotide and BPC-157, with 60 capsules per bottle. KPV is the anti-inflammatory C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, taken up by intestinal cells through PepT1; BPC-157 is the gastric-juice-derived pentadecapeptide studied for gut protection.
Larazotide (AT-1001) is an eight-amino-acid peptide that regulates tight junctions between intestinal cells and has been studied in clinical trials in coeliac disease. Together the three suit exploratory oral designs on intestinal barrier and inflammation models. With three active components, compare against each peptide alone where possible. Store the bottle closed, cool and dry.
