Research overview
Each capsule contains 250 mcg of SLU-PP-332, a synthetic agonist of the estrogen-related receptors, with 100 capsules per bottle. SLU-PP-332 activates ERR alpha, beta and gamma, nuclear receptors that switch on genes for mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism.
In mouse studies it increased muscle oxidative capacity and exercise endurance, which is why it is described in research as an exercise mimetic.
