Research overview
A two-component blend of tesamorelin, a stabilised analogue of the full 44-amino-acid GHRH, and ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist. Like the CJC-1295 combination, it pairs the GHRH receptor and ghrelin receptor pathways for growth hormone release, but with a different GHRH analogue.
Tesamorelin carries an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl group that protects it from DPP-4, and it is the GHRH analogue with the most published clinical data. Ipamorelin adds a second, selective route to growth hormone release. The blend suits comparative GH-axis research alongside the CJC-1295 + ipamorelin blend. The lab report lists what was measured for each component.

Can I buy tesamorelin alone?
Yes, see tesamorelin and ipamorelin.
What's in the vial?
