All reportsResearch overview
CJC-1295 with DAC is tetrasubstituted GRF (1-29), a stabilised GHRH analogue, carrying a lysine with a maleimidopropionamide group, the drug affinity complex. After entering the bloodstream it bonds to cysteine 34 of serum albumin, which protects it from DPP-4 and from fast kidney clearance.
In healthy adults, a single administration raised growth hormone for six days or more and IGF-I for 9 to 11 days, with an estimated half-life of 5.8 to 8.1 days, while the natural pulses of growth hormone continued. It is used in research on GHRH-receptor signalling and half-life extension. Albumin in media will bind it in vitro. See CJC-1295 and ipamorelin.

Questions
What does DAC stand for?
Drug affinity complex: a reactive linker that bonds the peptide to serum albumin, extending its half-life to several days.
What is the difference from CJC-1295 without DAC?
CJC-1295 without DAC has no albumin-binding linker, so it is short-acting and produces discrete pulses.
What's in the vial?
CJC-1295 with DAC at the strength you choose. No diluent or accessories are included.
Can I check the lab report for my vial?
Yes. The batch number on your vial matches a report on this page or in our lab report library, with a link to verify it on the lab's website where available.
Is this product for human use?
No. It's sold for laboratory research use only and isn't for human or veterinary use.
