All reportsResearch overview
GHRP-2, also known as pralmorelin, is a synthetic hexapeptide (D-Ala-D-2-Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) that activates the growth hormone secretagogue receptor. It is one of the most potent members of the growth hormone-releasing peptide family and has been used in Japan as a diagnostic agent for growth hormone secretion.
Compared with ipamorelin, GHRP-2 is less selective: in published pharmacology studies it also raised ACTH and cortisol, and prolactin can rise as well. That broader profile makes it useful as a comparator in ghrelin-receptor research and in studies of how secretagogues interact with the stress axis. Supplied lyophilized with a batch lab report.
