All reportsResearch overview
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1-29), is the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four amino acid substitutions at sites vulnerable to enzymatic breakdown, most importantly the DPP-4 cleavage site near the N-terminus. Without the albumin-binding linker, it remains a short-acting GHRH-receptor agonist.
Its short action produces discrete growth hormone pulses rather than a sustained rise in baseline, which makes it suited to research on pulsatile GHRH signalling and to combination designs with ghrelin-receptor agonists. Comparing it with CJC-1295 with DAC isolates the effect of half-life extension. Confirm which version you have from the measured mass on the lab report.

Yes. Both names describe tetrasubstituted GRF (1-29) without the drug affinity complex.
Which products combine it with ipamorelin?
The CJC-1295 + ipamorelin blend and the CJC-1295 + ipamorelin pen.
What's in the vial?
CJC-1295 (no DAC) at the strength you choose. No diluent or accessories are included.
Can I check the lab report for my vial?
Yes. The batch number on your vial matches a report on this page or in our lab report library, with a link to verify it on the lab's website where available.
Is this product for human use?
