All reportsResearch overview
Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide (His-D-2-methyl-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) closely related to GHRP-6 and one of the most potent growth hormone secretagogues of its family. Its methylated tryptophan makes it more resistant to breakdown.
Besides the ghrelin receptor, hexarelin binds CD36, a scavenger receptor on heart and blood vessel cells, which has made it a subject of cardiovascular research separate from its effects on growth hormone. Studies also report that its growth hormone response weakens with repeated exposure. It is supplied lyophilized with a batch lab report for receptor research.
